Blacksmithing Workshop Intro 2
Sunday, May 23, 9 am – 12 noon
Delve deeper into your Blacksmithing Skills. As an continuation of the first class, learn additional techniques of shaping hot metal from master blacksmith Jefferson Mack. Using the traditional tools of the trade we will practice different techniques on the anvil. Upon completion of the session, you will take home a unique handcrafted metal item.
Pre-requisite for this class is Blacksmithing Intro 1 and/or Blacksmith Certification/Qualification Class.

Be sure to arrive EARLY!
- Bring your own safety goggles and well fitting work gloves.
- Wear long pants of cotton, leather, or natural fibers
- If you have long hair please tie it back and no loose clothing
- Wear work boots or closed-toe shoes (leather not fabric).
