Description
Design and build your very own custom skateboard!
Using a vacuum press and multiple layers of veneer, create a custom board with a kick. You will learn wood equipment safety and use of band saws, panel saw, router, sanders as well as learn and use laser cutters. Finish up by laser etching your design onto your deck then stain, seal and assemble trucks, wheels and bearings. Your end product will be a high end custom skateboard!
Our camps are designed to be both fun and educational, with experienced instructors who are passionate about sharing their skills and knowledge with young people. We take great care to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child can feel valued and supported.
