Fused Glass Night Lights Class at The Curious Forge with Marcy Speck and Linda Lansky
In this fun and engaging class, you’ll explore the vibrant world of fused glass while designing your own custom night light! Learn the fundamentals of glass fusing as you cut, layer, and arrange colorful glass pieces to create a unique design that glows beautifully when illuminated.
Whether you’re new to glasswork or an experienced artist, this hands-on class is a great way to express your creativity, experiment with color and texture, and craft a functional piece of art to brighten your home. Share the experience with friends, family, or fellow art enthusiasts in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Class Details:
- Duration: 3 hours
- Ages: Adults and 15+ (Children aged 12-14 may participate when accompanied by an adult (the accompanying adult may choose to either observe or buy an additional ticket for themselves to participate in the class).
- Price: $95 + $20 materials fee

- Class Size: Minimum 3 / Maximum 8
Please note: If the class does not meet the minimum requirement, it will be postponed.
What You Will Learn:
- Introduction to Glass Fusing: Understand the basics of fused glass art, including cutting and layering techniques.
- Design and Create: Arrange colorful glass pieces to design a one-of-a-kind night light.
- Kiln Firing: Your night light will be kiln-fired after class to fuse the glass pieces together.
PLEASE NOTE: Fused Glass Night Lights will be ready for pick-up at The Forge the following week, or you can opt for mail delivery for a small shipping and handling fee.

Please note: All classes require a minimum number of participants and may be rescheduled if that minimum is not met. If this happens, we’ll let you know in advance and work with you to get you into the next available class.
Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy before booking. If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us at least 7 days before the class start time to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
