Get Behind A Wheel – Pottery Wheel Class for beginners and advanced students with Pam Montalbano
6 class series – Saturday Mornings, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
This workshop is for all levels (beginners welcome) who wish to develop and sharpen their pottery-throwing skills on the Potter’s Wheel. We will go over the basics of wedging, centering, pulling, and trimming but also cover how to throw bowls and plates. Everyone is guaranteed to leap a pot. Make that special pot that shows the sudden uptick in your skills. Enjoy playing with clay and making ceramic pottery with your own unique flair. All clay and materials included.

Price: $216 + $55 materials PUBLIC = $271
Class 4 minimum/8 maximum participants – (please note: if attendance does not meet the minimum, the class will be rescheduled)

About The Facilitator

Pamela Montalbano
Pam Montalbano comes to us from the NY/NJ area where she taught in her home studio, the recreation dept., and the university in the town of Teaneck. She has taught successfully for 25 years. She has exhibited on both the east and west coasts over the thirty-plus years she has been involved with clay. She describes clay as her natural medium, as it’s so malleable and forgiving.
Please note: All classes require a minimum number of participants and may be rescheduled if that minimum is not met. If this happens, we’ll let you know in advance and work with you to get you into the next available class.
Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy before booking. If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us at least 7 days before the class start time to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
