Glassblowing Open Lab – Prerequisite: for participants who have completed at least 9 hour of glassblowing classes here at The Curious Forge.
Our Glassblowing Open Lab offers a unique opportunity to hone your glassblowing skills and receive guidance in realizing your artistic vision. It is also valuable for those who may have taken the final glassblowing class and may find it challenging to move into working on their own glass art projects, or for someone who simply wants to work of their own projects in the glass studio.
Although one skilled glassblower will be available to provide support for up to 2 participants during each open lab session, THIS LAB DOES NOT EQUATE TO A PRIVATE LESSON. You should feel sufficiently ready to practice on your own.
Prerequisite: Glassblowing experience level needed to attend Open Lab is COMPLETION of both the paperweight and cup glassblowing classes and one more additional 3-hour glassblowing class here at The Curious Forge (totaling at least 9-hours glassblowing class experience here at The Forge)
Price: $150 /3 hours No member discount on open labs
Colored Glass will be available to purchase in the Forge store if you wish to add color to your projects

Please note: All classes require a minimum number of participants and may be rescheduled if that minimum is not met. If this happens, we’ll let you know in advance and work with you to get you into the next available class.
Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy before booking. If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us at least 7 days before the class start time to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
