Ceramic Stencil Techniques Workshop with Diana Fayt
Unlock the art of ceramic decoration in this engaging workshop led by Diana Fayt at The Curious Forge. Participants will learn to design and create clean, graphic stencil artwork, transfer these designs onto stencil materials, and masterfully apply them to ceramic surfaces. The workshop includes hands-on guidance on cutting stencils, layering colors, and creating relief effects. You’ll have the opportunity to apply all techniques learned to create two unique ceramic tiles.
Suitable for: Both beginners and advanced ceramicists. Explore the possibilities of ceramic art and add a personal touch to your creations.
Participants should bring: Photocopies of images (up to 6”x6”), an apron, and a hand towel.
Post-workshop: Completed items will be bisque fired, clear glazed by Diana, and then glaze fired. Participants will be notified when their pieces are ready for pickup, or you can opt for the convenience of having your masterpiece shipped to you for a small shipping and handling fee.

Please note: All classes require a minimum number of participants and may be rescheduled if that minimum is not met. If this happens, we’ll let you know in advance and work with you to get you into the next available class.
