Make a Fused Glass Candle Lantern Class with Marcy Speck and Linda Lansky
In this 4-hour class, you will be introduced to the basics of glass fusing art. You will then design and create three glass panels for a tea-light candle lantern, perfect for your patio or outdoor space.
Taking a fused glass lantern workshop is a fantastic way to blend creativity, relaxation, and social interaction into a memorable and enjoyable experience. Whether you’re an experienced artist or a complete beginner, you’ll find joy and satisfaction in bringing your fused glass lantern to life
Class Details:
- Duration: 4 hours
- Ages: Adults and 12+
- Price: $125 + $25 materials fee
- Materials Provided: Lanterns and all glass materials
- Class size: Minimum 3 / Maximum 6 Please note: if class does not meed the minimum requirement the class will be postponed.
What You Will Learn:
- Introduction to Glass Fusing: Understand the fundamentals of fusing glass and working with different types of glass materials.
- Design and Create: Design and create three unique glass panels for your lantern.
- Kiln Firing: Your glass panels will be fired in the kiln after the class.
- PLEASE NOTE: Lanterns will then be assembled and picked up at The Forge the following week or you can opt for mail delivery for a small shipping and handling fee.

Please note: All classes require a minimum number of participants and may be rescheduled if that minimum is not met. If this happens, we’ll let you know in advance and work with you to get you into the next available class.
Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy before booking. If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us at least 7 days before the class start time to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
